πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Examine and evaluate contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertinent to clinical trial operations and vendor partnerships.

β€’ Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other involved parties to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

β€’ Work alongside cross-functional teams to evaluate contract risks, identify improvement opportunities, and formulate strategies to address potential challenges.

β€’ Keep accurate and current records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems.

β€’ Offer guidance and support to internal teams on matters related to contracts, including interpretation, compliance, and resolution of disputes.

β€’ Assume responsibility for contract management deliverables, utilizing skills to ensure quality and efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

β€’ At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a similar area, preferably within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sector.

β€’ Solid understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory obligations connected to clinical trials and vendor agreements.

β€’ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the skill to assess complex contractual issues and suggest effective solutions.

β€’ Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).

β€’ Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
