Site Activation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the initiation of clinical trial activities, comprehending client goals and aiding in the formulation of strategies for distribution across countries and sites.

• Supervise the daily execution of all facets of site activation within designated projects, ensuring compliance with sponsor timelines, expectations, ICON/client KPIs, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

• Guarantee that each project includes a detailed site activation strategy and conduct studies in alignment with this plan.

• Lead sponsor activities such as kick-off meetings, bid defenses, project briefings, status updates, and other essential communications.

• Apply project management expertise to enhance performance and collaboration, ensuring favorable study results.

• Oversee daily site start-up and activation tasks while supporting the team in achieving quality outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in life sciences.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Clinical Research setting, with a focus on Start-Up experience.

• Strong project management capabilities, alongside a thorough understanding of regulatory and submission processes across different countries.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
