Short Term Rental Listing and Operations Specialist, EU Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhance short-term rental listings on Airbnb and various other distribution platforms.

• Oversee titles, descriptions, photo arrangements, amenity tags, search visibility, and conversion rates.

• Implement listing modifications across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

• Update listing and property details in Airtable and Notion.

• Ensure consistency between the content distributed on platforms and the content stored centrally.

• Track conversion rates, click-through rates, and search rankings.

• Identify performance anomalies and correlate metrics with potential causes.

• Engage in weekly team alignment meetings.

• Communicate on a daily basis through Slack with the remote-first team.

• Enhance processes when inefficiencies or issues arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in optimizing short-term rental listings across various properties.

• Proven history of enhancing listing performance.

• In-depth understanding of Airbnb's algorithm, ranking factors, listing structure, and optimization strategies.

• Familiarity with a channel manager and/or property management system in a multi-OTA context.

• Proficient in using Airtable and Notion.

• Organized, methodical, and capable of managing workloads across multiple properties.

• Ability to work independently between check-ins.

• Skilled in managing personal deadlines.

• Experience with audits, content updates, and platform synchronization.

• Strong examples of listings or properties managed are a significant advantage.
