Short Term Rental Listing and Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Optimize listings across Airbnb and various distribution platforms.

• Oversee titles, descriptions, photo arrangements, amenity tags, search visibility, and conversion rates.

• Ensure content consistency across all online travel agencies (OTAs).

• Implement listing updates across platforms while maintaining Airtable and Notion records.

• Keep precise central back-office documentation.

• Track conversion rates, click-through rates, and search rankings.

• Identify anomalies and relate performance data to possible causes.

• Collaborate with the Revenue Strategist, receiving ongoing direction and feedback.

• Engage in weekly team alignment and maintain daily communication through Slack.

• Independently manage deadlines between check-ins.

• Recognize process inefficiencies and enhance audits, content revisions, and platform synchronization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in optimizing short-term rental listings across multiple properties.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing listing performance.

• Extensive knowledge of Airbnb, encompassing its algorithm, ranking factors, listing framework, and optimization strategies.

• Familiarity with a channel manager and/or property management system in a multi-OTA setting.

• Proficient in using Airtable and Notion.

• Well-organized, systematic, and capable of managing workloads across several properties.

• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.

• Availability as a full-time contractor.

• Commitment to 40 hours per week.
