Shopware Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Creating APIs utilizing REST and GraphQL

• Collaborating with databases and custom entities

• Crafting business logic and services

• Integrating payment and shipping service providers

• Optimizing performance and caching

• Implementing security measures, authentication, and authorization

• Developing background jobs and managing queues

• Facilitating data import and export processes

• Independently creating custom plugins

• Analyzing, planning, and executing complex development tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in PHP 8.x, OOP, and design patterns

• Experience with the Symfony framework

• Familiarity with MySQL/MariaDB, Doctrine ORM, and DQL

• Understanding of Redis and Symfony Cache

• Practical experience with REST and GraphQL APIs

• Experience in working with payment and shipping providers

• Knowledge of Symfony Messenger and RabbitMQ

• Proficient in Git, Composer, PHPUnit, and Docker

• Understanding of CI/CD processes with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI

• Experience managing Linux servers

• Ideally, familiarity with Jira

• Capability to analyze, plan, and implement complex development tasks
