Shopify Manager – Ecommerce, B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support for three Shopify websites: two e-commerce storefronts along with one wholesale catalog site.

• Ensure continuous enhancement of site functionality, design aesthetics, and overall user experience.

• Actively identify potential issues and opportunities while proposing effective solutions.

• Manage substantial product launches roughly twice a year, which involves uploading and overseeing around 500 products for each launch.

• Assist in the growth of the B2B/wholesale trade program across two Shopify Plus sites, focusing on B2B pricing models and tailored customer experiences.

• Oversee functionality that displays various products, pricing, or content based on customer login status and type.

• Aid in the planning and eventual rollout of Canadian e-commerce capabilities.

• Regularly collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, participating in calls as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in managing Shopify sites, including expertise in Shopify Plus.

• Familiarity with intricate B2B e-commerce frameworks, such as tiered/customer-specific pricing, gated or login-based content and pricing, as well as wholesale functionalities.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving B2B environment and contribute to its growth over time.

• Proven experience with large-scale product uploads and catalog management.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Resourceful and solution-oriented, demonstrating proactive recommendation capabilities.

• Strong communication skills with a comfort level in collaborating directly with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.

• Experience with international or multi-market Shopify configurations is a plus.

• Previous experience supporting a Shopify Plus B2B/wholesale trade program is advantageous.
