This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Research high-demand products in Argentina and identify sales opportunities.

• Analyze pricing, competition, and consumer trends to determine product positioning.

• Assess the profitability of each opportunity considering sourcing costs, logistics, commissions, and other expenses.

• Create, optimize, and manage listings on Mercado Libre Argentina and other relevant marketplaces.

• Define and adjust selling prices based on margins and market conditions.

• Manage orders, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Coordinate with partners for importation, storage, order preparation, and local distribution.

• Keep inventory control updated and anticipate restocking needs.

• Monitor sales, costs, and profitability, suggesting improvements to grow the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

• Have proven experience managing a Mercado Libre store or a physical product sales operation in Argentina.

• Possess practical knowledge of Mercado Libre operations: listings, pricing, commissions, orders, shipping, and reputation.

• Be fluent in Spanish.

• Have the ability to analyze costs, margins, and business opportunities.

• Work independently with organization and responsibility.

• Be available for freelance, part-time, and long-term collaboration.

• Ability to communicate in English with the international team will be valued.

• Experience in developing an e-commerce store or business from scratch will be appreciated.

• Experience with imported products and coordination of logistics providers will be a plus.

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and inventory and sales control tools will be valued.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems will be appreciated.
