SharePoint Lead – Knowledge Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a centralized knowledge repository for the CAM ESOM Support Cell.

• Oversee the lessons learned program and foster a collaborative environment.

• Implement role-based access and data security protocols within SharePoint.

• Design, construct, and manage the CAM SharePoint site, focusing on taxonomy, navigation, permissions, and document version control.

• Curate and systematize the Lessons Learned library, Training Materials repository, SOP library, and Job Aids hub.

• Establish standards for content lifecycle management, including review cadence, approval workflows, and archival guidelines.

• Facilitate onboarding for team members and stakeholders to the SharePoint environment.

• Analyze SharePoint usage metrics and enhance information architecture and reporting based on user interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 8 years of progressive experience in relevant fields.

• Over 3 years of experience administering SharePoint Online sites, encompassing governance, permissions, and content management.

• Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate).
