SEWP Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution and management of NASA SEWP contracts.

• Act as the main liaison for the NASA SEWP Program Office, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to NASA SEWP contract stipulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and organizational policies.

• Coordinate contract deliverables, reporting, modifications, and task order management.

• Monitor contract performance, schedules, risks, and financials.

• Assist in proposal development, contract transitions, and business development activities related to NASA SEWP opportunities.

• Collaborate with technical, finance, contracts, and operations teams to guarantee timely project delivery.

• Track contract metrics and generate status reports for leadership and clients.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve contract performance.

• Foster strong relationships with government clients and industry partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Program Manager overseeing Federal Government contracts.

• At least 1 year of direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts.

• Solid understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting procedures.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory or a degree in Program Management.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and handling multiple priorities.

• Preferred: 2+ years of practical NASA SEWP contract management experience.

• Familiarity with NASA procurement policies and contract administration.

• Experience collaborating with government clients, subcontractors, and prime contractors.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience as NASA SEWP PM or Deputy PM is advantageous.
