Session Director – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Oversee live recording sessions with Voice Contributors

• Guide voice performers through scripted scenarios

• Mentor performers to achieve a natural, conversational style instead of a word-for-word recitation

• Ensure scripted material sounds genuine and unscripted

• Maintain a natural flow during recording sessions

• Assist in gathering audio data for conversational AI products

• Strong expertise in the Legal field

• Proficiency in Spanish for the Peru project

• Capability to direct both scripted and conversational audio recording sessions

• Skill in coaching voice performers towards a natural, conversational delivery

• Possess technical audio judgment

• Must reside in Peru
