Session Director – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee live recording sessions with Voice Contributors

• Assist contributors in navigating scripted scenarios to create authentic, conversational-quality audio

• Guide voice performers towards a natural and conversational delivery rather than a strict recitation

• Utilize creative direction, coaching, and technical audio expertise

• Maintain the flow of sessions at a natural pace

• Participate in the collection of scripted and conversational audio data for synthesized conversational AI voices

• Proficiency in Spanish (Argentina) is specified in the role title

• Knowledge and experience in the Legal field

• Capability to guide voice performers through scripted scenarios

• Ability to coach for natural, conversational delivery

• Sound technical audio judgment

• Skill in keeping recording sessions progressing at a natural pace
