This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Facilitate live recording sessions with Voice Contributors.

• Direct contributors through predetermined scripted scenarios.

• Mentor voice performers to achieve a natural, conversational style instead of a word-for-word recitation.

• Utilize creative direction, coaching, and technical audio expertise.

• Transform scripted content to feel authentic and spontaneous.

• Maintain a natural flow during recording sessions.
