This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee live recording sessions with Voice Contributors

• Guide voice performers through pre-written scenarios

• Mentor performers to achieve a natural, conversational audio style instead of strict recitation

• Utilize creative direction, coaching, and technical audio expertise

• Assist in producing authentic-sounding synthesized voices for conversational AI applications

• Ensure recording sessions progress at a comfortable and natural pace

• Proficiency in the French (France) language as required by the role and project

• Specialized knowledge in the Legal sector

• Capability to direct voice performers through scripted scenarios

• Strong coaching abilities for achieving a natural, conversational delivery

• Technical expertise in audio judgment

• Skill in maintaining a natural pace during recording sessions
