Session Director – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee live recording sessions with Voice Contributors

• Assist contributors in navigating scripted scenarios

• Direct voice talent towards a natural and conversational delivery

• Provide coaching to performers to prevent verbatim recitation

• Implement creative direction, coaching, and technical audio expertise

• Aid in producing audio that sounds natural for conversational AI products

• Ensure recording sessions progress at a natural rhythm

• Focus on English (US) language

• Proficiency in the Legal sector

• Capability to direct voice actors through scripted scenarios

• Skill in coaching for natural and conversational delivery

• Strong technical audio judgment

• Ability to maintain the natural flow of recording sessions
