Servicetechniker im Außendienst – Bad Sarrow, Frankfurt/Oder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and system operators.

• Customer-oriented consultation for heating companies, both via phone and on-site, to ensure our customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in the technical field service within the extended area of your deployment.

• Taking on on-call service duties with the aim of providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for HVAC, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, ideally with further training as a master craftsman or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, such as in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Possession of the refrigeration certificate category 1; additionally, category 2 is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license of class B.

• Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written.
