This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and oversee both short-term and long-term subcontractor staffing strategy plans that align with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Continuously monitor and adapt staffing strategies in real time to respond to changes in demand and operations.
• Work in conjunction with the Sales Inventory Operations Planning team to ensure a readily available workforce.
• Assess staffing options in collaboration with business units, human resources, and sourcing teams.
• Identify opportunities for workforce development improvements and contribute to strategic workforce initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sourcing to identify, assess, and onboard variable workforce suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with suppliers, in consultation with sourcing, operations, legal teams, and management of business lines.
• Analyze workforce performance metrics and KPIs to deliver actionable insights.
• Keep track of supplier performance against KPIs and implement initiatives for improvement.
• Prepare and present monthly subcontractor reports and performance dashboards to operations leadership, business leads, and executive teams.
• Ensure compliance with supplier agreement terms and conditions while assisting in the resolution of commercial issues.
• Recommend and implement strategies to meet both short-term and long-term subcontractor staffing requirements for the Nuclear Field Services sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree and over 7 years of experience in subcontractor workforce management, or a High School Diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in workforce management and reporting software tools (such as P6, VNDLY, Oracle ERP, or similar).
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (like Tableau or similar).
• Background in staffing projects related to power generation services.
• Knowledge of local and domestic labor laws.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable.
