This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and oversee both short-term and long-term subcontractor staffing strategy plans that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Continuously monitor and modify staffing strategies in real-time to adapt to demand fluctuations and operational changes.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales Inventory Operations Planning team to ensure a readily available workforce.
• Assess staffing alternatives in conjunction with business lines, human resources, and sourcing to address workforce challenges.
• Identify improvements in workforce development processes and contribute to strategic workforce initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sourcing to identify, assess, and onboard variable workforce suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers while consulting with sourcing, operations, legal, and business line management.
• Analyze workforce performance metrics and KPIs to offer actionable insights.
• Monitor subcontractor supplier performance against KPIs and initiate improvement strategies.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and performance dashboards regarding subcontractors to operations leadership, business leads, and executives.
• Ensure compliance with supplier agreement terms and assist in resolving any commercial issues.
• Propose and implement strategies to meet both short- and long-term subcontractor staffing requirements for the Nuclear Field Services sector.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 7 years of experience in subcontractor workforce management, or a High School Diploma with more than 9 years of experience in the same field.
• Proficiency in workforce management and reporting software tools (such as P6, VNDLY, Oracle ERP, or similar).
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with reporting/analytics tools (like Tableau or similar).
• Background in staffing for power generation services projects.
• Familiarity with domestic/local labor laws.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable.
