This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and oversee both short-term and long-term subcontractor staffing strategy plans that align with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Continuously monitor and adapt staffing strategies in real time to respond to demand fluctuations and operational changes.
• Collaborate with the Sales Inventory Operations Planning team to ensure the availability of workforce personnel.
• Assess staffing options with various business lines, human resources, and sourcing to address workforce challenges.
• Identify enhancements in workforce development processes and contribute to strategic workforce initiatives.
• Partner with Sourcing to identify, evaluate, and onboard variable workforce suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with suppliers in consultation with sourcing, operations, legal, and business line management.
• Analyze workforce performance data and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor subcontractor supplier performance against KPIs and implement initiatives for improvement.
• Prepare and present monthly subcontractor reports and performance dashboards to operations leadership, business leads, and executives.
• Ensure compliance with supplier agreement terms and conditions and assist in resolving any commercial issues.
• Suggest and implement strategies and solutions to meet both short-term and long-term subcontractor staffing requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in subcontractor workforce management OR a High School Diploma with 9+ years of experience in subcontractor workforce management.
• Proficient in workforce management and reporting software tools (P6, VNDLY, Oracle ERP or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and analytics tools (Tableau or similar).
• Experience in staffing for power generation services projects.
• Knowledge of domestic and local labor laws.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if necessary.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
