Services License Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure compliance of THD At Home Services with state and local regulatory licensing requirements.

• Maintain specific trade licenses and foster relationships with state/local officials and trade organizations.

• Supervise compliance activities in the field, including Service Provider licensing, permitting, professional standards, jobsite quality audits, and oversight.

• Ensure that Service Providers adhere to state and local contractor requirements, including licensure, permitting, inspections, and trade standards.

• Obtain and uphold trade licenses for THD, which includes passing state-regulated exams and completing necessary continuing education.

• Make decisions regarding customer complaints related to THD Services installations, including the authority to approve customer satisfaction discounts of up to $1,000.

• Engage with state/local officials and trade groups to address compliance issues.

• Conduct ad hoc data analyses to identify risks and instances of non-compliance, report findings, and recommend process enhancements.

• Serve as the primary compliance authority for jobs executed by THD Service Providers within designated categories and regions.

• Lead work groups by assigning tasks, reviewing outputs, providing training, and participating in performance evaluations.

• Report directly to the Director of National Services.

• Travel overnight more than 50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma and/or GED.

• At least 6 years of relevant work experience.

• Active Georgia trade license as a Master Electrician, Master Plumber, or HVAC Contractor is required.

• Ability to pass any state/county/city-regulated trade examinations within the specified region.

• Strong connections with state and local regulatory agencies and/or trade organizations are preferred.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Capability to effectively manage Service Provider performance and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and Service Provider Agreements.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, persuade others, resolve conflicts, influence opinions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ability to conduct data analysis and draw meaningful conclusions.

• Competence in developing and implementing process improvements and resolving complex issues.
