Services License Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensure compliance of THD At Home Services with state and local regulatory license requirements.

• Hold and maintain specific trade licenses.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with state and local officials as well as trade organizations.

• Supervise Field compliance activities, which include Service Provider licensing, permitting, professional standards, jobsite quality audits, and jobsite supervision.

• Guarantee that Service Providers adhere to state and local contractor requirements and trade standards.

• Undertake state-regulated exams and fulfill continuing education requirements to obtain or maintain trade licenses.

• Address customer complaints related to THD Services installations and authorize customer satisfaction mark-downs up to $1,000.

• Meet with state and local officials and trade groups to discuss or resolve compliance matters.

• Conduct ad hoc data analysis to pinpoint risk and areas of non-compliance.

• Report findings and suggest solutions and process enhancements to Service Compliance.

• Serve as the primary compliance decision-maker for jobs executed by THD Service Providers within assigned categories and geographic areas.

• Lead a work group by assigning and reviewing tasks, providing training, and contributing to performance evaluations.

• Travel overnight more than 50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Strong connections with state and local regulatory agencies and/or trade organizations.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma and/or GED.

• At least 6 years of professional experience.

• Must possess an HVAC or Mechanical Contractor license in Florida.

• Ability to pass any state/county/city regulated trade exams within the designated region.

• Capability to effectively manage Service Provider performance to ensure full compliance with regulatory laws and their Service Provider Agreement.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and persuade others to resolve issues, change perspectives, and directly enhance customer satisfaction.

• Ability to perform data analysis and draw meaningful conclusions.

• Capability to develop and implement process improvements and tackle complex issues.
