• Take charge of the financial performance narrative for a key business segment.

• Lead significant programs from strategic conception through to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience; 8+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Income Statement management for degree holders, or 10+ years for diploma holders.

• Proven track record in financial management within a complex, multi-tiered business landscape.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building trust, challenging conventional thinking, and driving consensus across various organizational levels.

• Demonstrated ability to distill complex financial concepts into straightforward, actionable insights for senior executives.

• Strong analytical mindset, with a history of identifying root causes and crafting innovative, data-driven solutions.

• Proven experience leading high-impact programs from strategy to execution, effectively balancing competing priorities and resources.

• Proactive approach, comfortable navigating uncertainty and assisting the business in adapting to evolving market conditions.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
