Senior Manager, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the precision, automation, and visual representation of financial dashboards and reports aimed at GTM initiatives.

• Deliver decision-making support to GTM leadership by converting financial data and trends into practical insights.

• Collaborate with the Senior Director of FP&A to enhance and uphold financial models that support the Go-to-Market team.

• Monitor and report on gross and net revenue retention as well as other essential GTM/revenue metrics.

• Leverage AI tools, such as Claude, to expedite dashboard refinement, automate reporting, and enhance analytical tasks.

• Act as a key contact for GTM stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.

• Work alongside Revenue Operations and Commercial teams to ensure uniformity in metrics, definitions, and reporting methodologies.

• Discover opportunities to enhance the speed, accuracy, and automation of reporting procedures.

• Expected to directly manage two analysts focused on GTM after a ramp-up period of 6–9 months.

• Report to the Senior Director of FP&A.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in constructing and maintaining three-statement financial models.

• Familiarity with gross and net revenue retention as well as other crucial SaaS/subscription revenue metrics.

• Experience in a finance role that is oriented towards go-to-market strategies.

• Valuable background in professional services, banking, consulting, or a dynamic, resource-constrained startup environment.

• Comfort in providing decision support and financial advice directly to GTM/Commercial leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in financial modeling, reporting, or analysis processes.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering clean, accurate, and well-organized data.

• Capability to work independently and take ownership of ambiguous or changing scopes.

• Proactive in providing status updates and identifying progress and obstacles.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Openness to receiving feedback, learning, and professional growth.

• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
