Onboarding Analyst – Sales, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement the ERP system for clients, both on-site and remotely.

• Provide assistance to clients through phone calls and support tickets.

• Develop user manuals that detail ERP functionality and usability.

• Train fellow colleagues within the department.

• Support clients throughout the implementation of Iniflex.

• Deliver an outstanding client experience and offer a welcoming, supportive service that fosters satisfaction and loyalty.

• Introduce innovative ideas and methodologies to facilitate the company’s growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in finance and/or sales.

• Familiarity with ERP software.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Quick learner.

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Processes, or a related discipline.

• Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Experience in the plastics industry is advantageous.

• Knowledge of the Iniflex ERP system is a plus.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
