Senior Finance Business Partner

📋 Description

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of client objectives and goals through data analysis and effective communication.

• Create pro forma models and conduct investment analyses.

• Carry out ad hoc projects, reporting, and modeling tasks.

• Identify risks and opportunities while engaging with internal and external business partners.

• Navigate ambiguity by asking insightful questions, thinking creatively, and fostering innovation.

• Explore and present various options to achieve financial objectives.

• Clearly communicate financial terms, deal structures, underlying causes of variances, and modeling assumptions to colleagues.

• Evaluate feedback and address any concerns effectively.

• Cultivate partnerships with executives and cross-functional business teams to drive new business growth.

• Develop financial models that align with the company’s objectives and meet prospective client requirements.

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to formulate the consolidated company budget and forecasts.

• Deliver qualitative and quantitative analyses of results and projected trends.

• Support leadership in achieving financial goals by troubleshooting issues and creating operational strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or an MBA.

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Proficient in understanding complex financial models and presenting financial terms, model assumptions, and drivers to external clients.

• Highly proficient in MS Excel.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting software; familiarity with MS Power BI, Anaplan, Hyperion Enterprise, and reporting software is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Experience in presenting to groups and leading training sessions.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate with various levels of management and foster strong working relationships.
