Services Engineering Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings.

• Develop, package, and introduce high-value services that enhance customers' time-to-value across the Rubrik product suite.

• Serve as a vital link between product strategy and field execution as a member of the Global Professional Services Leadership Team.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Engineering, Global Practice Leaders, Consulting Leadership, and PS Delivery teams.

• Design and launch standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings, playbooks, and delivery methodologies.

• Work alongside Product Management and Product Engineering during early-stage product launches to create service packages, deployment frameworks, and best practices.

• Assess, refresh, and optimize the Professional Services portfolio using field feedback, customer outcomes, utilization data, and market trends.

• Contribute to the services strategy, operational strategy, and long-term business growth.

• Ensure new services are operationally feasible, efficiently packaged, and underpinned by delivery artifacts.

• Provide sales and delivery teams with service scopes, scoping tools, and value propositions.

• Establish reusable delivery frameworks, automated deployment scripts, and standardized Statement of Work templates.

• Implement feedback channels to assess service effectiveness and refine offerings after launch.

• Report directly to the Vice President, Global Professional Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Service New Product Introduction (NPI), Services Productization, or Solution Engineering within a global SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Cyber Resilience organization.

• Demonstrated success in guiding complex enterprise technology services from initial concept through to global field execution.

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed organizations, especially with Product Management, Product Engineering, and Field Services.

• Experience in presenting to and working with executive leadership (VP level and above), with a history of driving strategic initiatives.

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data management, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity frameworks.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
