This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to enhance contractor management strategies and business processes across key divisions.

• Partner with MCi teams and client stakeholders to improve contractor workflows and Track utilization.

• Identify and structure master data effectively.

• Deliver instructor-led group and individual training, as well as end-user support during and post-implementation.

• Become an internal and external Track subject matter expert and advocate.

• Facilitate and ensure adherence to the Track daily settlement process.

• Utilize Track reporting and data insights to audit user role compliance, process efficiency, due-date adherence, and error rectifications.

• Assign schedules and payment formulas in Track for accurate net billable-hour calculations.

• Oversee daily Track business operations to ensure charge settlements within clients’ ERPs.

• Train supervisors and vendors during onboarding and routine maintenance.

• Manage user accounts, profiles, report filters, and ad hoc administrative requests.

• Administer labor, equipment, and material rates to ensure contractual compliance.

• Address Track Platform issues impacting daily settlement operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree-level qualification (business or technical preferred, but not mandatory) or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.

• Background in finance, procurement, contractor management, IT, or heavy industry.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% and occasionally for extended durations.

• Prior experience as a user of Track Software is highly desirable.

• At least three years of software consulting experience or supporting business applications.

• Minimum of three years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, procurement, or contractor management.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Capable of communicating through various mediums (written, verbal, remote, etc.).

• Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships.

• Competent in delivering standard training in both individual and group settings.

• Ability to function effectively in a team environment.

• Moderate noise and open-area office work conditions.

• Capacity to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.

• Ability to perform essential physical tasks, including standing, stooping, typing, reaching, and kneeling.

• Light to moderate lifting capability up to 25 lbs.
