ServiceNow Practice Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Act as the principal architect for the ServiceNow platform

• Supervise the configuration, implementation, and upkeep of ServiceNow

• Lead a team dedicated to the development and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ascertain business requirements and align them with ServiceNow functionalities

• Create and enforce best practices for ServiceNow governance, security, and optimization

• Ensure smooth integration of ServiceNow with enterprise applications and systems

• Manage the administration and daily operations of the ServiceNow platform

• Maintain platform reliability, security, and performance

• Oversee ServiceNow license management and ensure licensing compliance

• Cultivate relationships with ServiceNow and third-party vendors

• Ensure optimal service delivery and support for the platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow in an architectural or team leadership role

• Extensive expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD platform development, configuration, and administration

• Strong grasp of ITIL best practices along with ITSM and HR processes

• Familiarity with ServiceNow NowAssist AI is a plus

• ServiceNow certification (Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist) is strongly preferred

• Leadership capabilities with experience in managing technical teams

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

• Proficient in English

• May necessitate security clearance for customer projects and access to sensitive customer information

• May require disclosure of criminal record, right to work, personal identification, and work history for background checks, in accordance with applicable local laws
