ServiceNow Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and configure ServiceNow workflows, integrations, dashboards, reports, and service processes.

• Assist in incident, request, knowledge, configuration, asset, and service management processes.

• Create and execute approved workflow enhancements and automation.

• Facilitate integrations between ServiceNow and operational, endpoint, asset, monitoring, and various other systems.

• Design reporting and dashboards for SLA, service performance, operational, and management needs.

• Aid in maintaining CMDB data quality, configuration management, service mapping, and ITSM/ITOM functions.

• Resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and workflows.

• Collaborate with TSA ServiceNow stakeholders and process owners on platform issues and improvements.

• Assist in testing, validation, deployment, documentation, and rollback processes for platform modifications.

• Analyze workflow and service data to pinpoint process inefficiencies and potential enhancements.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of ITSM processes and ServiceNow functionalities.

• Ensure the accuracy of technical and operational documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.

• Relevant experience in supporting ServiceNow engineering or ITSM/ITOM operations in an enterprise or federal IT setting.

• Proven experience in configuring or administering ServiceNow.

• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in supporting enterprise service management processes and workflows.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, operational, government, and contractor stakeholders.

• Capability to obtain and maintain TSA Suitability.

• Capability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance.
