ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development, upkeep, and enhancement of applications on the ServiceNow platform.

• Collaborate with business teams, functional analysts, architects, and developers.

• Create and maintain ServiceNow applications adhering to best practices.

• Aid in the configuration and customization of the App Engine, Customer Service Management (CSM), and ITSM modules.

• Develop and sustain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Record Producers.

• Engage in the technical analysis of both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Facilitate integrations between the ServiceNow platform and both internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Take part in the team’s Agile ceremonies and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes.

• Maintain current activities in Jira.

• Seek ongoing technical training in the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript development.

• Awareness of or experience with the App Engine, ITSM, or CSM modules.

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.

• Basic understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.

• Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling.

• Understanding of web development concepts.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Willingness to learn continuously and interest in creating enterprise solutions.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Preferred: familiarity with Flow Designer and Service Portal.

• Preferred: basic understanding of microservices integrations.

• Problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
