ServiceNow Practice Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Act as the principal architect for the ServiceNow platform.

• Manage the configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow.

• Lead a team dedicated to the development and enhancement of ServiceNow.

• Work closely with stakeholders to determine business needs and align platform functionalities.

• Create and enforce best practices for ServiceNow governance, security, and optimization.

• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with enterprise applications and systems.

• Supervise platform administration and daily operations.

• Guarantee platform reliability, security, and performance.

• Manage license administration and ensure compliance with ServiceNow licensing agreements.

• Cultivate relationships with ServiceNow and third-party vendors.

• Ensure high-quality service delivery and support for the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record as an architect or team leader in ServiceNow.

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD platform development, configuration, and administration.

• Strong grasp of ITIL best practices along with ITSM and HR processes.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow NowAssist AI is a plus.

• ServiceNow certification (Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist) is highly preferred.

• Experience in managing technical teams.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficient in English.

• May need to undergo security clearance/background checks for customer projects and access to sensitive data.
