ServiceNow ITAM Developer – HAM Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Integrate IT Asset Management (ITAM) with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem processes.

• Organize IT asset lifecycle management effectively.

• Streamline workflows for the receipt, distribution, and return of equipment through automation.

• Reconcile physical and financial assets with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) records.

• Develop dashboards and generate reports for asset management.

• Design and execute the ITAM Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred candidate: Senior ITAM HAM Developer.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing ITAM HAM solutions.

• Familiarity with the integration of Incident, Request, Change, and Problem processes.

• Understanding of IT asset lifecycle management principles.

• Expertise in workflow automation techniques.

• Knowledgeable in reconciling data between the CMDB, physical inventory, and financial records.

• Skilled in creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
