Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Team Lead and Senior ServiceNow Developer providing essential support.

• Evaluate customer needs and design solution architectures that meet technical and management requirements, as well as enhance automation and operational reporting.

• Oversee the creation of solution artifacts, including roadmaps, operations optimization plans, architecture, and block diagrams that extend beyond User Story specifications.

• Assist in the development of prototypes.

• Facilitate technical reviews and discussions regarding established requirements.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow Developers.

• Innovate solutions and foster relationships with colleagues and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience, Master’s degree with 5 years of experience, or 11+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

• At least 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.

• Familiarity with AWS Cloud Management Platform.

• Strong technical leadership capabilities and a proactive attitude toward additional responsibilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working with the US Federal Government.

• Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

• Over 8 years of experience in developing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.

• More than 5 years of experience in technical discussions and reviews.

• Exposure to various aspects of the ServiceNow platform and commonly integrated third-party technologies.

• Minimum of 5 years in developing system architecture, design principles, and their implications.

• At least 5 years of experience in supporting IT-related data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, and SAM.

• 5+ years of industry experience is required.

• Over 5 years of technical leadership experience in driving change and developing solutions.

• Additional ServiceNow CIS certifications are preferred.

• Proficiency in web development technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java is preferred.

• Experience implementing JavaScript to facilitate automation across ServiceNow modules is preferred.

• Knowledge of REST and SOAP web service protocols is preferred.

• Familiarity with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and External Portals is preferred.

• Understanding of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP is preferred.

• Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications are preferred.

• Project Management or Agile certification is preferred.

• ITILv4 Foundations Certification is preferred.
