ServiceNow Developer, Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management of Service Request, Service Catalog, and Service Offerings within ServiceNow.

• Participate in the design and upkeep of catalog items, request workflows, and service offerings.

• Aid in testing processes, including the execution of test cases and tracking of defects.

• Create documentation for solutions, user stories, and test cases.

• Work collaboratively with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.

• Conduct troubleshooting and incident analysis.

• Ensure compliance with CSDM standards and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Functional Consultant.

• A valid ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is mandatory.

• Familiarity with CSDM (Common Service Data Model).

• Proven experience in Service Request Management, Service Catalog, and/or Service Offerings.

• Experience in supporting testing activities.

• Capability to produce concise documentation, user stories, and test cases.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

• Background in troubleshooting and incident management.
