ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop features on the ServiceNow platform

• Provide Level 3 support for the ServiceNow platform

• Collaborate with the global ITSM team and other IT teams within the bank

• Implement necessary functionalities on the ServiceNow platform following the adopted SDLC process

• Script using JavaScript, Jelly, and HTML

• Create Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros, and Client Scripts

• Execute ServiceNow version upgrades

• Propose suitable solutions for ad-hoc requirements

• Manage performance analytics and custom reporting

• Engage with client stakeholders directly for techno-functional discussions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer

• Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)

• Knowledge of the Scrum methodology

• Experience in mentoring junior team members

• Strong working knowledge of GitHub, Flow-JIRA, and GitLab

• Hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow

• Experience in ServiceNow custom application development and integrations

• Proficiency in JavaScript

• Proficiency in Jelly

• Proficiency in HTML

• Capability to create Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros, and Client Scripts

• Experience in direct engagement with client stakeholders for techno-functional discussions
