Junior ServiceNow Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of ServiceNow projects for clients located in Switzerland and Germany.

• Collect and evaluate requirements in collaboration with business departments and stakeholders.

• Convert business needs into efficient ServiceNow configurations and solutions.

• Gradually enhance knowledge in CPQ, CRM, and CSM.

• Aid in the ongoing development and refinement of current ServiceNow solutions.

• Participate in innovative AI use cases and AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform.

• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams.

• Continuously advance your ServiceNow and consulting abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial practical experience with ServiceNow, such as an Administrator, Consultant, or Developer, ideally with CSM, CRM, or similar modules.

• Up to approximately 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or a similar role.

• Strong desire to enhance your expertise and learn new ServiceNow modules.

• Genuine interest in CPQ, CRM, and contemporary AI solutions.

• CSA or CAD certification is a plus.

• Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset.

• Enjoy collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Structured and self-sufficient working style.

• Excellent German and proficient English language skills.

• Residing in Switzerland or Germany.
