ServiceNow Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate solution architecture and platform design discussions for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and transformation projects.

• Convert business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs, implementation strategies, and governance suggestions.

• Collaborate with customers, delivery leaders, developers, business analysts, and platform owners to ensure architectural alignment with business objectives and long-term platform sustainability.

• Provide architectural direction across various ServiceNow products and capabilities.

• Establish and promote best practices for configuration, customization, integrations, security, testing, documentation, and upgrade preparedness.

• Advise on data architecture choices regarding APIs, integrations, data modeling, transformation, service relationships, CMDB, and CSDM.

• Contribute to platform roadmaps, environmental strategies, technical documentation, and architecture assessments.

• Mentor technical team members and enhance solution quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of significant experience in ServiceNow architecture, supporting digital transformation and platform strategy.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, governance, and best delivery practices.

• ArchX, CTA, or equivalent ServiceNow architecture experience or credentials.

• Capability to navigate between strategic architecture discussions and practical delivery execution.

• Extensive expertise in one or more domains such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, SPM, FSM, IRM, Now Assist, integrations, workflow design, governance, or automation.

• Excellent communication skills and experience interacting directly with customers, technical teams, and organizational leadership.

• Proven ability to suggest scalable, maintainable platform decisions.

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, or other pertinent credentials are advantageous.

• Experience in consulting, managed services, or ownership of enterprise platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with federal, regulated, or security-sensitive environments is a plus.

• Practical experience with ServiceNow implementations is a plus.

• Exposure to industry solutions such as HCLS, PSDS, or TPSM is a plus.

• Candidates must reside in the United States.

• While a security clearance is not mandatory for every assignment, an active federal security clearance is encouraged but not required.
