This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create software products related to customer-specified systems and software solutions.

• Engage in agile daily scrums and other ceremonies.

• Update stories on a daily basis in ServiceNow, documenting development progress and collaborating with various platform teams.

• Assist and take part in workshops to gather customer requirements.

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to configure requested items and tasks utilizing Flow Designer.

• Design, create, and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, and other related components.

• Contribute to the development of technical solutions and their implementation.

• Conduct component integration testing.

• Participate in product backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations, and retrospective meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to achieve DHS EOD.

• Bachelor’s degree coupled with 10 years of relevant experience.

• Intermediate understanding of ServiceNow.

• Intermediate-level programming abilities.

• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Developers.

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• At least one certification: Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified ServiceNow Administrator, or Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, or a similar qualification).

• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, specifically Security Incident Response (SIR).

• Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
