ServiceNow Lead Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and configure applications for ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).

• Create and maintain workflows, forms, and integrations related to WSD.

• Execute ServiceNow development and technical solution design.

• Configure JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.

• Collaborate with IntegrationHub and manage ServiceNow integrations.

• Develop workflows for workplace case management and space/facilities.

• Adhere to best practices in ServiceNow application architecture and development.

• Manage technical design, documentation, testing, and deployment processes.

• Support optimization of platform performance.

• Work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.

• Offer technical guidance and participate in solution design decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow WSD.

• Practical experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).

• Extensive background in ServiceNow development and technical solution design.

• Proficient in JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration.

• Experience with IntegrationHub and ServiceNow integrations.

• Capability to design, develop, and configure WSD applications, workflows, forms, and integrations.

• Experience in workplace case management and workflows related to space/facilities.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow application architecture and development best practices.

• Experience in technical design, documentation, testing, deployment, and platform performance optimization.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.

• Background verification is required.

• ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.

• CAD or relevant CIS certifications will be considered an added advantage.
