ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management Consultant, Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Implement, configure, and provide support for ServiceNow CLM solutions.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation processes.

• Oversee contract lifecycle processes encompassing contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination.

• Develop and sustain integrations with both internal and external systems.

• Utilize Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Assist with data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment operations.

• Diagnose issues and offer post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.

• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM is essential.

• Experience in Banking/Financial Services is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization practices.

• Proficient in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations is required.

• Experience with data migration and testing processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.

• ServiceNow certification is a valuable asset.
