ServiceNow Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical architecture, design, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow platform.

• Support the operational needs of ITS and the university.

• Provide technical guidance for platform design, integrations, workflow standards, automation solutions, AI-enabled features, data governance, and complex issue resolution.

• Collaborate with analysts, developers, campus stakeholders, infrastructure teams, security, and ITS leadership.

• Oversee project work and evaluate technical solutions.

• Assist in platform decisions impacting multiple teams or services.

• Help establish technical direction and ensure alignment with operational requirements, supportability, and university standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience with ServiceNow.

• Background in mentoring developers.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules, or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is preferred.

• Must be a resident of Iowa by the start date of employment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.

• Immigration sponsorship is not available.

• Resume/Curriculum Vitae is required.
