Service Technician, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute the commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for both end customers and system operators.

• Offer service-oriented guidance to clients from heating companies via phone and face-to-face interactions.

• Assist colleagues in the technical field service within the broader area of the assigned territory.

• Engage in the on-call service to ensure customers receive timely support.

• Play a role in promoting sustainable energy solutions in the Düsseldorf region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer.

• Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred.

• Professional experience in customer service, especially in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Valid refrigeration handling certificate (F-gas certification) is required.

• A valid Class B driver's license is necessary.

• Proficiency in written and spoken German.

• Strong technical aptitude is essential.

• Customer-focused mindset is crucial.

• Willingness to travel is expected.
