This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Execute administrative duties in alignment with service levels and organizational priorities
• Ensure accurate record-keeping across various business systems and databases
• Handle documentation, correspondence, and requests efficiently
• Manage shared mailboxes and address or escalate inquiries as needed
• Generate routine reports, trackers, and management information
• Organize and maintain documentation in compliance with GDPR and information governance standards
• Assist with meeting administration, which includes scheduling meetings, preparing necessary documents, and documenting actions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and address administrative inquiries
• Aid governance and audit initiatives through precise record preparation and upkeep
• Support onboarding, offboarding, personnel administration, and operational tasks
• Recognize opportunities to enhance administrative processes and promote continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively across departments to fulfill contractual, business, and compliance obligations
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by the organization
• Prior experience in an administrative, business support, or customer service capacity
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision
• Experience juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Experience in a regulated, contractual, or operational setting (desirable)
• Familiarity with DWP, DfC or healthcare-related processes (desirable)
• Experience in report generation and spreadsheet maintenance (desirable)
• Knowledge of SharePoint and workflow management systems (desirable)
• Adherence to Capita, DWP, and DfC policies, procedures, and mandatory training requirements
