This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Oversee, instruct, and guide service technicians by establishing goals, monitoring performance, conducting reviews, and facilitating formal training.
• Enhance technician schedules based on skills, experience, and project demands.
• Assist in the diagnostics and repair of control hardware along with related mechanical and electrical systems.
• Analyze work orders, blueprints, schematic diagrams, and associated materials for commissioning or rework.
• Manage complex tasks to reduce customer impact and company costs.
• Collaborate with building owners, contractors, engineers, and service contractors.
• Work alongside engineering and manufacturing teams to address intricate field design challenges.
• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
• Provide insights to leadership regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and potential improvements.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery process, ensuring schedule compliance, quality, and customer results across designated hyperscaler sites.
• Anticipate staffing and resource needs, request additional headcount and materials, and prevent coverage shortages.
• Cultivate relationships with facility managers, chief engineers, operations teams, program management, contractors, and cluster leadership.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues alongside technicians.
• An associate degree in a technical field with two years of practical experience, or four years of equivalent experience in HVAC, building automation, or a technical setting.
• Proven knowledge of critical infrastructure, automatic controls, building automation systems, or other building subsystems.
• Over 4 years of experience in supervising teams.
• Technical proficiency with HVAC/air handling equipment and a strong ability to drive issue resolution.
• Capability to plan, request, and manage staffing and resources across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to job sites or manufacturing facilities.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and manuals.
• Ability to support various teams across multiple data center initiatives.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Capacity to work independently and achieve results across teams promptly.
• Preferred: proven skills in project management.
• Preferred: strong administrative experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree with four years of field experience or six years of equivalent experience in HVAC or building automation.
