This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing technical support to installers and other customers in resolving issues via phone or digital channels.

• Assisting with commissioning, both remotely and on-site.

• Collaborating with international and local colleagues and departments to resolve customer issues.

• Planning and coordinating logistics for the shipment of replacement inverters and supporting the collection of inverters.

• Aiding in the qualification, onboarding, and management of new service partners.

• Accurately documenting relevant information regarding service cases in CRM software.

• Conducting training sessions for customers and internal colleagues.

• Identifying opportunities to enhance products and processes for improved customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

• Regularly gathering feedback, such as customer satisfaction, to continuously improve aftersales processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified electrician, preferably specializing in photovoltaic technology, renewable energy, or a related field.

• Fluent in Dutch and possess a good command of business English.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the technical requirements for PV systems, energy storage systems, and EV chargers within distribution and/or utility-scale segments, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, and tender requirements.

• Ability to work independently and purposefully in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Hands-on mentality with a genuine can-do attitude.

• Proactive, dynamic, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
