Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.

📋 Description

• Ensure the effective operation of solutions while addressing incidents and client inquiries in alignment with expected service levels (TAC2/TAC3)

• Oversee current installations and carry out field interventions

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule from home during evenings and weekends

• Design, configure, and implement new WAN, LAN, routing, telephony, and CCTV solutions

• Support the project manager throughout technical study, engineering, and project implementation stages

• Provide technical assistance to the sales manager

• Draft and maintain reports, documentation, and procedures for both internal and external purposes

• Deliver ongoing reporting

⛳️ Requirements

• INTTIC (BAC+5) degree or equivalent

• Over 2 years of experience in a technical support or service role within networking

• Understanding of TDM & Packet Switching, TCP/IP, Routing, MPLS, and Wireless technologies

• Proficient in MS Visio, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Microsoft Office

• Professional fluency in Arabic, French, and English

• Willing to travel domestically up to 30%

• Highly self-sufficient and collaborative

• Exceptional communication and writing abilities

• Strong multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, programming/scripting, and CCNA/CCNP is a plus
