This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Install autonomous vehicles and associated equipment, such as chargers, I/O panels, and operator interfaces.

• Conduct system testing, debugging, and validation processes.

• Travel 60–75% of the time, both domestically and internationally, to customer locations.

• Modify equipment and software as needed.

• Troubleshoot components of electrical, mechanical, and software systems.

• Implement software and hardware adjustments.

• Monitor performance metrics of the system.

• Provide training to customers.

• Engage with customers effectively.

• Collaborate with fellow engineers on various projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BS or BSET in Engineering (Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronic, etc.) is preferred, though not mandatory.

• A minimum of 2+ years of full-time engineering work experience is required.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is essential.

• Prior software experience is necessary (C, C++, MATLAB, Python, Visual Basic preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required.

• Capability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals is essential.

• Candidates must reside in Michigan; other locations may be considered.
