SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to clients while taking charge of SEO strategy and execution.

• Oversee SEO initiatives across various client accounts.

• Perform SEO audits for both new and existing client websites utilizing SEMRush and other SEO tools.

• Create and implement on-page SEO strategies, encompassing content optimization, enhancements to metadata, internal linking, and schema implementation.

• Recognize and execute technical SEO enhancements pertaining to site structure, crawlability, indexation, page speed, and overall site health.

• Utilize AEO and GEO best practices to boost visibility on AI-driven search platforms.

• Collaborate with teams in content, paid media, web development, and design.

• Track SEO performance and deliver actionable insights informed by data and analytics.

• Manage tasks, timelines, and documentation through ClickUp.

• Communicate recommendations and performance metrics to clients while fostering strong client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical SEO experience, with a strong emphasis on on-page and technical SEO.

• High proficiency in SEMRush, capable of converting SEO insights into actionable recommendations.

• Comprehensive understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, and page speed optimization.

• Experience in applying AEO and GEO strategies for AI-enhanced search experiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven approaches.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Highly organized, adept at managing multiple client accounts concurrently.

• Comfortable working autonomously and owning projects.

• Portfolio, case studies, or examples of successful SEO campaigns are required.

• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management platforms.

• Background in home improvement, home services, or related fields.

• Experience with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.

• Automation experience is a plus.
