This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of SEO as a strategic service offering for numerous independent med spa practices.
• Develop SEO strategy and enhance the quality of execution across the practice portfolio.
• Create scalable systems and reporting mechanisms that do not require proportional increases in headcount.
• Lead a team of 2 SEO specialists responsible for daily operations.
• Conduct audits on a representative sample of launcher, operator, and Enterprise practices.
• Implement 2–3 quick and noticeable SEO improvements within the first three months.
• Design and execute the SEO playbook/SOP, incorporating SLAs, QA checkpoints, and a reporting schedule.
• Manage recurring GBP, citation oversight, on-page and technical audits, and reporting.
• Enhance keyword rankings, Map Pack visibility, or organic lead volume within a specified cohort.
• Showcase growth in organic channel contributions to lead volume and revenue before and after initiatives.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Product to establish a local SEO tool stack.
• Develop dashboards, automated alerts, standardized playbooks, and primarily self-service reporting and optimization.
• Analyze and document GEO/AEO visibility across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Outline a 12-month roadmap for local, technical, content, and AI-search SEO.
• Act as Moxie’s internal SEO subject matter expert.
• Mentor team members, contribute to sales discussions, support Enterprise SEO and MAAP, and influence the Enterprise offering.
• Collaborate with Provider Success, Product, Data, RevOps, and Sales teams.
• Report directly to the Marketing Services Lead.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical SEO experience.
• Proven track record managing SEO for numerous small or local businesses simultaneously, preferably in an agency or multi-location brand setting.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, encompassing site speed, schema/structured data, and crawlability.
• Demonstrated experience in on-page/content SEO.
• Proficiency in local SEO, including GBP, citations, and Map Pack visibility.
• Familiarity with emerging GEO/AEO trends.
• Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and a local SEO/citation platform such as BrightLocal, Whitespark, or Yext.
• Systems-oriented mindset for standardizing and scaling execution, reporting, and communication across numerous practices.
• 1–3+ years of experience managing or mentoring junior team members, ideally in a marketing or SEO context.
• Capability to take ownership of a service line end-to-end, including strategy, SLAs, QA, and measuring impact on leads and revenue.
• Bonus: Experience in local service, multi-location, or franchise SEO.
• Must be based in the United States.
