This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and oversee customized strategies for clients and manage daily deliverables.
• Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies for Enterprise clients leveraging service-line expertise and business impact.
• Apply SEO and content best practices to achieve NSMs.
• Refine strategies based on client objectives, campaigns, historical performance, and project-phase insights.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director to overcome strategy obstacles and address goal attainment challenges.
• Create compelling briefs and content campaigns informed by competitor and audience analysis.
• Establish client objectives utilizing Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush, and Ahrefs reports.
• Secure Associate Director approval prior to presenting objectives to clients.
• Oversee the execution of strategies and project responsibilities through Asana.
• Assign and monitor tasks for Specialists, clients, and internal teams.
• Partner with Project Managers to create, assign, and track tasks along with deadlines.
• Work alongside content writers and designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaigns.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain client relations and proactively update on deliverable timelines, goal progress, challenges, opportunities, and account changes.
• Utilize Slack for communication between bi-weekly meetings and regularly send deliverables.
• Provide updates on client strategy progress through bi-weekly meetings, monthly reports, quarterly reports, and two bi-annual business review presentations.
• Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, service-line expansion, increased budgets, and referrals.
• Operate virtually using Zoom, Slack, and various office productivity tools.
• Demonstrated success in implementing SEO strategies and content management, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Capability to analyze website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and crawling tools such as Screaming Frog.
• Proven organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Genuine passion for digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
• Experience working in an agency environment is required.
• Experience in B2B tech and/or SaaS is essential.
• Eager to stay updated on industry trends, including the integration of AI and automation in marketing and operations.
• Must currently reside in Canada.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional work environment are essential.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and effectively observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
