This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance SEO performance in a pivotal market.

• Lead the SEO roadmap for the market and discover new growth opportunities.

• Analyze intricate datasets and extensive websites to pinpoint patterns and set priorities.

• Test AI and automation techniques to refine SEO workflows.

• Create scalable automation processes for the broader SEO team, including SEO Quality Assurance.

• Assess the effects of changes across the portfolio on various markets.

• Generate strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis.

• Minimize repetitive manual SEO tasks, promoting strategic thinking and optimization.

• Report directly to the Head of SEO.

• Complete and present a take-home assignment during the interview process.

• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, with a focus on on-page optimization.

• Adequate technical SEO expertise to grasp processes prior to automation.

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Proven experience working with complex datasets and large websites.

• Background in using data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and discover opportunities.

• Experience in experimenting with AI and automation to enhance and streamline workflows.

• Confidence in leveraging SEO data and analysis for informed decision-making.

• Ability to transform complex analyses into clear narratives and persuade stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.
